Our company

We are active in the supply and installation of wood, linoleum, PVC, Novilon, carpet, and similar flooring materials.

In addition to the owner, Ivan Pedrazzi, two qualified installers took the first steps. The number of employees has gradually increased to the current 30, thanks to the acquisition of an important and loyal private clientele.

Most of our qualified installers were trained in our company, starting as apprentices.

Our history

In 1980, Pedrazzi Pavimenti SA was founded in Locarno, with headquarters at Via della Posta 13, in the former residence of the Frigerio family.

In 1990, due to space requirements, the warehouses were moved to Via Rovedo 9 (former headquarters of Inelectra): while maintaining a central location in the city, the area suitable for storing goods was significantly improved, while avoiding the risks associated with cyclical flooding of the lake.

In 2001, at our headquarters in Via della Posta, we inaugurated our current new showroom, which allows us to offer our customers the best products from the leading European flooring manufacturers.

In 2006, we opened a branch in the historic center of Bellinzona, at Via Teatro 9, which, although small in size, allows us to present an interesting range of products.

In 2008, the limited company was established, with a corresponding change to our company name.
