Studio Mattei was founded in Bellinzona on January 1, 1995, on the initiative of its owner, Luigi Mattei, who was joined over time by several associates. The firm currently has a staff of nine lawyers, one trainee, and four secretaries. This staff and its unified and structured management have made it possible to create several areas of specialization, which ensures a twofold advantage: greater efficiency in handling cases (with a consequent reduction in costs) and the possibility of taking on particularly complex, demanding, or urgent cases.

In order to meet the needs of a significant portion of our clientele and to better organize our activities, we have opened a branch office in Lugano.

Today, the firm's activities range from consulting to litigation, both before ordinary and special courts and in arbitration, in national and international civil, criminal, administrative, and insurance disputes.

The firm has been collaborating for years with leading law firms in Switzerland and abroad, and for specific sectors, such as national and international tax law, it draws on the expertise and experience of renowned fiduciary firms, in Ticino in particular the companies of the Multi SA Group (Link: www.gruppomulti.ch).

Notarial services are provided locally by the two notaries currently working for the firm, Pietro Croce and Elisabetta Monotti Campanella, and Davide Fagetti. The firm has also been an integral part of the national network of notaries swisNot (Link: www.swisnot.ch) for many years.
