In 1995, Christoph Rüegsegger, a trained farmer, bought a Scania 143 with 450 hp and founded the company Rüegsegger Transporte in Seftigen when he was only 19 years old.

In the first two years, he mainly transported general cargo in Switzerland and abroad.

In addition, we also transported various national products such as fertilizer and seed, as well as trading in straw and hay.
When the company moved to Belp, the fleet was expanded and we specialized in bulk transport.

This is still the main part of our transportation today, alongside our crane work and manure transportation.

In 2009, Rüegsegger Transporte became Rüegsegger Transport AG.

Over the years, with the growth of our family business, a great wish came true, namely:
