My working philosophy is always determined by the basic idea of minimal- and soft intervention. A work of art should never be expected to undergo more treatment than it demands of itself minimal intervention means using the least invasive means to achieve the longest possible conservation success for a work of art.

As much as necessary, but as little as possible.

All conservation and restoration measures are carried out after a thorough art-technological examination according to modern standards and the best knowledge, with particular attention paid to the durability and reversibility of the materials used. 

I feel bound by the code of honor of ICOMOS, ICOM, NIKE, the Venice Charter and the Swiss Association for Conservation and Restoration SKR under the leadership of the international ECCO.
