Our law firm was founded in 1922. Our office has always been home to exceptional lawyers. Even back then, the focus of our legal practice was on providing legal and business advice to companies and trade associations.

Dr. iur. Peter Burkhalter has been practicing as a partner at the Elfenstrasse location since June 1, 2002, and will be operating under his own name from January 1, 2016. Since then, several lawyers have joined the firm as partners.

Since 2004, our firm has had an office in Zurich in addition to its traditional headquarters in Bern.

Our main areas of expertise are advising private individuals and companies on matters of corporate and commercial law, relocation and restructuring, banking and insurance law, construction and real estate law, corporate and real estate transactions, telecommunications and media law, competition law, and forensic activities.
