I moved last year from Bern abroad, my furniture was stored until April and finally delivered to Grindelwald.
Many things have gone missing including a wooden box with draws full of silver cutlery.
A damaged painting and many extra costs added after original signing of contract.
To this day every mail or phone call made to find my things have either not been replied to or empty promises made to find them. Final answer was nothing found and that’s it, no explanations, no insurance has been spoken of nothing. Last try my husband made a few weeks ago by mail especially asking about the thousands worth of silver and to this date no reply.
How could I recommend you. We have moved countries many times and three times within Switzerland, first time this has ever happened. So very unprofessional.
So what to do next. I’m not giving up, as you can see.
