The founder and owner of evoilà is Esther Herrmann. She opened evoilà MODE & PROSECCO in Worb in 2000.  Three years ago, a second store, evoilà HOMMES, was added in Bern. The two stores were merged into one large, joint store at Kramgasse 18 in 2017.
