Description
A warm welcome
In my naturopathic practice in Bern
I am delighted that you are interested in naturopathy.
Naturopathic practices are based on the idea that the body normally has sufficient self-healing powers to keep itself healthy and to heal itself in the event of illness. An unhealthy lifestyle, such as a poor diet, lack of exercise, sleep and fresh air, as well as physical or emotional stress, can disrupt the body's self-regulation and thus trigger illness. Treatment with naturopathic practices does not focus on the individual symptoms of illness, but instead attempts to stimulate and support the body's self-healing powers in a natural way.[www.emr.ch]
Bioresonance therapy
The BICOM bioresonance method is a biophysical diagnostic and therapeutic procedure. The device receives electromagnetic vibrations from the human body. It recognizes healthy (physiological) and bad (pathological) frequency patterns, which are modulated accordingly and returned to the body. In this way, the body's own regulation can function again and the self-healing powers are strengthened. The treatment is non-invasive, painless and also ideal for children.
Area of application:
Allergies, food intolerances, skin diseases, immune deficiencies, mycoses (fungal diseases), organ diseases, pain conditions of all kinds, toxic, viral and bacterial stress, tissue and joint diseases, hormonal disorders, injuries of all kinds...

Phytotherapy
Phytotherapy (herbal medicine) is one of the oldest therapeutic methods. We can make use of the healing powers of plants to treat illnesses in a wide variety of applications.
The medicinal effect of a plant is based on the interaction of the various plant constituents. This is why not only isolated active ingredients are used, but the whole plant and its parts such as leaves, flowers, roots, seeds and bark.
Breuss massage & Dorn therapy
The energetic massage developed by Rudolf Breuss relieves mental and physical tension. It initiates the regeneration of undersupplied intervertebral discs and is the ideal preparation for the subsequent Dorn spinal adjustment
.The Dorn method is a spinal and joint therapy and aims to gently guide displaced vertebrae and joints back into the correct position. The vertebrae are corrected by the client's own movements and targeted finger pressure from the therapist.
Os sacrum - spinal column massage
The os sacrum (sacrum) forms the middle, the center of the human body. This is the source of our life energy, comparable to an inner fire
The Os sacrum spine massage is a rhythmic and gentle massage that leads the person into deep relaxation. Hardened and closed shells can be opened and different energy levels can be connected and harmonized. The "inner fire" is nourished again.
Brook flower therapy
The English physician Dr. Edward Bach believed that all illnesses can be traced back to a disturbance of the emotional balance. In his view, every illness is based on a negative emotional state. This is why Bach flower therapy focuses on treating the respective emotional problems.
Bach developed a system of 38 disharmonious emotional states such as fear, insecurity, loneliness, hypersensitivity and impatience. He assigned 38 flower extracts to these states of mind, which can cause certain complaints. The energetic powers of the flower essences are said to have a positive influence on negative emotions and therefore help to harmonize body and mind.
I am delighted to be able to accompany my clients on their journey.Yours sincerely, Silvia Aeschimann
