Reparatur Kochfeld

Die Reparatur dauerte 4 Wochen, schon das ist eine Zumutung und die Arbeit wurde so mangelhaft ausgeführt, dass sie nicht akzeptabel ist und in jedem Fall nachgebessert werden muss.

Wir sind uns bewusst, dass die Reparaturzeit von 3 Wochen und 2 Tage zu lang ist bei einem defekten Kochfeld und entschuldigen uns für die Lieferverzüge der Ersatzteile. Wir hoffen das kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellte 2Platten Rechaud Ihnen eine kleine Unterstützung war. Wir sind froh, dass wir die Chance bekommen haben unseren Fehler zu korrigieren und die Mangelbehebung vom 29.07.2021 zu Ihrer Zufriedenheit erledigen konnten.
