Joint sealing

Restorations / renovations

Elastic joint seals are maintenance joints

An annual inspection of the seals, which you can also carry out yourself, is highly advisable, as consequential damage is only a fraction of the cost of joint inspection and repair.

This topic includes all those sealants that are not or only rarely mentioned in a quotation. These include the following:

Bitumen membranes (tapes)
