Pruning

• Training pruning:
  Performed on young trees with the aim of creating a stable and balanced crown structure.
• Clearance pruning:
  The shoots in the lower crown area are cut.
• Thinning pruning:
  Individual shoots are selectively removed from the crown to ensure sufficient light penetration.
• Maintenance and deadwood pruning:
  Dead, broken, or damaged shoots are removed.
• Relief pruning:
  Parts of the crown that are at risk of breaking are cut back.
