My principle in accompanying people: Many of our possibilities lie dormant within ourselves, in our subconscious. I use hypnotherapy, autogenic training, coaching and Reiki to help people discover and realize these possibilities and support them in their search for their own personal solutions and activate their self-healing powers.

In addition to accompanying adults, my services are also aimed at children and young people. I treat children and young people as equals, because they are the specialists in creating their own solutions.

Birth preparation with hypnosis and autogenic training: Supporting pregnant women is a matter close to my heart, so that the birth process can be approached without fear and really become a joyful event.
