Swiss company Lécureux SA was founded in 1961 by Bernard Lécureux. After a 1994 Management Buy-Out, in which two senior employees, MM. Moritz Messer and Jean-Pierre Châtelain acquired the company from its founder, Lécureux SA is fully owned by MEYCO HOLDING AG since 2015.
