Under the motto "Living in the countryside, living in the center", the ambitious "Schnydermatte" project on Schneidergässli in Biel was realized with 40 apartments and 36 parking spaces. Occupancy: summer 1998.

Another milestone in the history of the Wyttenbach building cooperative: in spring 2009, the new "Westerholz-Schüss" development on Bürenstrasse in Biel-Bözingen with 16 apartments and 40 parking spaces in the underground garage, which can also be rented by residents of the "Westerholz" development opposite, was ready for occupation. This new building represents a further step towards a healthy mix of different building types and residential units.

With the two aforementioned developments "Schnydermatte" and "Westerholz-Schüss", Baugenossenschaft Wyttenbach now has newer estates with particularly favorable locations that are unparalleled both in terms of the standard of the apartments and their location.
