We guide you step by step to your dream job

1. qualification interview

In a personal interview, we work out your objectives and identify your core skills. We use the search criteria to define your application strategy. During career coaching, we also support you in optimizing your dossier, make salary recommendations and discuss SAP trends.

2. market analysis & job selection

We match the vacancies on the SAP market with your personal requirements and present you with a pre-selection of suitable vacancies.

3. submission of the application

After consultation and with your consent, we submit your dossier to potential employers and make a personal recommendation.

4. job interview

We coordinate your job interview and prepare you for it in the best possible way.

5. contract negotiation

If you wish, we can support you during the decision-making phase and mediate between you and the company regarding your salary, working conditions and contract content.

6. sustainable support
