My name is Susanne Fuchs, and I am a funeral director with a federal certificate of proficiency. In addition, I am a managing director in this field.

My professional journey began in nursing, where I was repeatedly confronted with the topics of transience, dying, and death. It was always very important to me to prepare the deceased person in a dignified manner and to say goodbye with respect and appreciation. One day, I had the opportunity to spend a day with an undertaker, and at that moment I realized that this was my true calling.

It is very important to me that every deceased person is treated as a unique individual who deserves recognition even after death. I want to ensure that their personality is respected and honored.

At the same time, it is equally important to me to accompany the relatives on this difficult journey. To give them space for their grief, to allow moments of silence, and to give them the opportunity to give free rein to their feelings. It is my conviction that the bereaved deserve the support and comfort they need during this difficult time.
