The garage Assistance Automobile has been active near Neuchâtel since March 2011, taking over the Isuzu agency and specializing in commercial vehicles. We are a garage and automotive roadside assistance company, based in Bôle and Neuchâtel and operating in the lower part of the canton for all breakdowns or accidents.

Our area of intervention includes the entire Neuchâtel coastline, from the Vaud border to that of the canton of Berne, as well as the Val-de-Travers and Val-de-Ruz up to the Vue-des-Alpes summit.

We're at your service 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, for motorcycles, cars, commercial vehicles, trailers and caravans up to a total weight of 5.5 tons.

We work both for private clients and as an official breakdown service for the cantonal police.

We also carry out vehicle repatriations to Switzerland or abroad.

In the event of a breakdown or accident in our area, you can reach us quickly, day and night all year round, via our telephone exchange 032 724 12 24, which has 3 natels and 3 beeps. We will be on the spot within 30 minutes at most.

For external interventions, we immediately take the necessary measures for repatriation, in agreement with you and the insurer or Club concerned.

All vehicles entrusted to us are under our full responsibility and are stored under lock and key in our closed depot. We are insured for third-party liability, theft, fire, damage and natural disasters.
Our own vehicles are equipped to allow as many on-site repairs as possible. For more severe cases, our support workshop is equipped with lifts and welding stations, as well as a vast stock of tires, batteries, oils and other items needed to restore the vehicle to working order. We have nine replacement vehicles.
