Assistance Automobile has been operating near Neuchâtel since March 2011, taking over the Isuzu dealership and specializing in commercial vehicles. We are a garage and roadside assistance company based in Bôle and Neuchâtel, operating in the lower part of the canton for all breakdowns and accidents.

Our area of operation covers the entire Neuchâtel coastline, from the Vaud border to the Bern canton border, as well as the Val-de-Travers and Val-de-Ruz to the summit of the Vue-des-Alpes.

We are at your service 365 days a year, 24 hours a day, for motorcycles, cars, commercial vehicles, trailers, and caravans up to a total weight of 5.5 tons.

We work for private individuals as well as being the official breakdown service for the cantonal police.

We also repatriate vehicles to Switzerland or abroad.

In the event of a breakdown or accident in our area, you can reach us quickly, day or night, all year round, via our call center on 032 724 12 24, which has 3 cell phones and 3 pagers. We will be on site within 30 minutes at the most.

For external interventions, we immediately take the necessary measures for repatriation, in agreement with you and with the insurer or club concerned.

All vehicles entrusted to us are under our full responsibility and are stored under lock and key in our closed depot. We are insured for civil liability, theft, fire, damage, and natural disasters.
Our own vehicles are equipped to enable as many repairs as possible to be carried out on site. For more serious cases, our support workshop has lifts and welding stations, as well as a large stock of tires, batteries, oils, and various items useful for getting vehicles back on the road. We have nine replacement vehicles available.
