Falsche Bestellung / nicht Kulant / nicht Kundenfreundlich

Trotzt der persönlichen Vermessung und Beratung durch Frau Möckli, wurden die falschen Kompressions Strümpfe ohne Gummi Noppen bestellt. Nach zweiTagen der Lieferung der Strùmpfe und meiner Anwendung nach der Behandlung beim Arzt hatte ich die Falschlieferung am dritten Tag unverzüglich gemeldet. Mit der Begründung, dass ich dies innerhalb 24 h beanstanden hätte müssen, musste ich beide Strümpfe bezahlen. Sehr unkulantes und nicht Kundenfreundliches Verhalten der Firma! Diese Apotheke kann ich leider nicht empfehlen. D. Kaiser

Falsche Medikamente / Nicht diskret

Ich habe 2 schlechte Erfahrungen bei dieser Apotheke: - Ich habe ein spezifisches OTC medikament gefragt, und mann hat mir unbedingt etwas anders mitgegeben. Resultat nach 2 Tage: Notfall im Spital mit einer Allergie! - Ein anderes Mal hatte ich eine private frage (bez. gynaecologie). Stattdessen diskret zu sein, hat die Dame sehr laut an Ihre Kollege meine Frage wiederholt. Kunden haben gelacht und ich habe mich geschämt. Ich gehe nur zur diese Apotheke wenn ich wirklich nicht anders kann!
