What we do to match you

We work in a standardized way and adhere to strict quality controls. This is how we make sure that you don't end up with any problems when it comes to pulling
 

Procedure:

• Clarification of the technical feasibility
.
• Product development on the vehicle and with 3D CAD.
• Calculation with FEM (Finite Element Method) according to our criteria and the specifications of EC RiLi 94/20.
• Partial dynamic test bench tests in accordance with EC 94/20 at the Dynamic Test Center (DTC) in Vauffelin
.
• Drawing up the documentation (assembly instructions) and welding gauges
.

Our products are marked with a batch number. The batch numbers are recorded on delivery so that production can be traced at any time. Product quality is checked during the production process (ISO 9001).

SPECIAL PRODUCTS

We provide you with a special match

We have couplings for everyone and everything. If you have a request that we cannot fulfill with a prefabricated product, we will manufacture a coupling individually for you.

WORKSHOP

Where we do the matchmaking

Whether assembly, repair or overhaul: in our well-equipped workshop, trained specialist staff also solve unusual problems relating to coupling and towing. A comprehensive infrastructure with a two-post lift, lifting jacks and two spaces for trucks enable us to serve you quickly and well, even in hectic times.

How we teach you to matchmake

We have a permanent exhibition of couplings. We are happy to take time for you here. Or would you like us to visit you?

Training

We teach you how to matchmake

Are you unsure about using towbars? We would be happy to teach you in our training room. We can show groups of up to six people the theoretical basics as well as practical examples
