Ich war schon einige Male bei Zinniker. Ich habe mich immer wohl gefühlt und war mit dem Service immer sehr zufrieden.

Eine unbefriedigende Einzelerfahrung

Simpler Uhrenauftrag nicht richtig ausgeführt, darauf musste ich am Abholtag warten, man entschuldigte sich nicht, es gab keinen Kaffee und auch keine Preisreduktion. Die Angestellte und der Uhrmacher haben offensichtlich nicht miteinander geredet obwohl im selben Laden. Der einzig Dumme war am Schluss ich als Kunde. Unprofessionell !
