Description
Group yoga classes, can have a positive influence on your attitude and how you deal with an illness, limitation or problem. Yoga can teach you more patience and acceptance with yourself, create space to develop new solution strategies, reduce anxiety, promote stress regulation, find relaxation, optimize sleep quality and much more, as long as the yoga practice is individually adapted to your needs.
Yoga therapy is a complementary therapy. It can support healing processes, improve quality of life and promote physical and mental well-being.
Yoga therapy focuses on you and your needs, abilities, concerns and wishes for change. Based on a detailed anamnesis, we develop an individual practice tailored to you, which you practise independently at home, integrated into your everyday life and time frame.
Yoga practice promotes your self-awareness, strengthens resources and skills to successfully cope with stressful situations and regain and maintain a healthy, self-regulatory balance.
It usually takes between four and eight consultations for the results of yoga practice to be transferred and integrated into everyday life.

Sound massage
During a singing bowl massage, singing bowls are placed on the clothed body and gently struck. The cleansing and energizing effects of the sounds and vibrations of the singing bowls quickly lead to deep relaxation. The harmonious sound appeals to our primal trust. This allows us to let go of physical and psychological problems, release tension and blockages, reduce stress, find fresh energy, peace, serenity, self-confidence, creativity and joie de vivre.
