MINDFULNESS - STRESS MANAGEMENT - SOFT SKILLS TRAININGS
My mindfulness program is designed to help participants develop greater awareness in their daily lives, reduce stress, and enhance their overall well-being. Following a structured framework over several weeks, you will learn to be more present, manage your emotions more effectively, and reduce automatic reactions to stressful situations.
In 8 weeks, whether in-person at my office or online, you will transform your reactions into thoughtful responses!
