For a long time, I was angry with my overflowing figure, my sometimes painful digestive system, my chronic lack of energy, my temperamental skin, my joint pain... Until the day a nutrition professional took the time to explain the basics of healthy eating to me.

That's when my problems went away and I decided to make it my profession.

So, after a career focused on administration and communication, I took the time to train in nutrition at a private school, but also in anatomy, physiology and pathology to fully understand what's going on in the human body.

Because diet has a strong impact on the whole organism. I have also studied micronutrition to go even further into the physiological mechanisms.
