Individual cremation
The service includes individual treatment of the animal's body according to the owner's requests. The treatment ends with the delivery of the ashes to the owner according to established arrangements.
Collective cremation
The service provides the same mode and the same care and attention as the single cremation service with the difference that the body is received together with that of other pets. The ashes are not returned to the owner but a dignified deposition is ensured in the appropriate spaces provided by the Animal Protection Societies of Lugano, Bellinzona and Locarno.
Transportation
The pickup of the body is carried out with a vehicle equipped for this transport in such a way that the utmost care and precise identification of the body ( numerical ) and the owner is guaranteed.
Personalization
The Cadro location has spaces that ensure confidentiality and intimacy in case the client/owner is present and wishes to witness the treatment taking place.
Single cremation
The service includes individual treatment of the animal's body according to the owner's requests, documented in the disposition form.
The treatment ends with the delivery of the ashes according to the guidelines set out in the disposition form.
Return of the body and return of the ashes to the veterinary doctor.
Personalization
By appointment, the Phoenix office is open to clients who wish to attend the cremation of their animal, with an additional charge of Chf. 30.-
