Individual cremation

This service involves individual treatment of the animal's body according to the owner's requests. The treatment ends with the delivery of the ashes to the owner as agreed.
 

 

Collective cremation

This service involves the same procedure and the same care and attention as the single cremation service, with the difference that the body is cremated together with those of other pets. The ashes are not returned to the owner but are given a dignified burial in the appropriate spaces provided by the Animal Protection Societies of Lugano, Bellinzona, and Locarno.
 

 

Transport

The body is collected using a vehicle equipped for this type of transport, ensuring maximum care and precise identification of the body (by number) and the owner.

 

Customization

The Cadro facility has spaces that guarantee privacy and intimacy in the event that the customer/owner wishes to be present during the treatment.

Single cremation

The service provides for individual treatment of the animal's body according to the owner's requests, as documented in the disposition form.
The treatment ends with the delivery of the ashes according to the guidelines set out in the instructions form.

Collection of the body and return of the ashes to the veterinarian.

Customizations
By appointment, the Fenice facility is open to customers who wish to attend the cremation of their pet, with a supplement of CHF 30.

Collective cremation

This service is provided in the same manner and with the same care as the individual cremation service, with the difference that the body is received together with those of other pets.

The ashes are not delivered to the owner but are given a dignified burial in the Animal Protection Society's pet cemetery, chosen by the owner from the locations in Lugano, Bellinzona, or Locarno.
