WHERE WE ARE

During the 1950s Rossi Giacomo, an entrepreneur father and grandfather, built several single-family houses in the Bellinzona district with his construction company that employed more than 150 people. His great desire for entrepreneurship, however, was unfortunately halted due to a serious car accident in which he was involved and seriously injured.

In the 1960s, Giacomo and Giacomina, our parents and grandparents, founded the first company: the SILARUS Immobiliare SA.

In the year 1972 the second company was established: CALONGA Real Estate SA. Calonga represents the family surname of grandmother and mother Giacomina.

Grandparents and grandmother Giacomo and Giacomina leave life giving room for the family to continue and evolve. Taking into account the great efforts made thus, between the year 2013 and 2017, Giacoina Residence composed of 5 buildings and a large garage with playground was born. Its name is the union of Giacomo (Giaco) and Giacomina (ina).

From 1.11.2016 the estate expands its business, and so in order to offer a warm and clean service to its neighbors, it decides to open a self-service laundry in Cadenazzo at Via San Gottardo 20B, also named in honor of Grandmother and Mother Giacomina.

In December 2019 the appetite for enterprise is not lacking and so the family home built by the construction company in the 1950s and where their three children were born is re-purchased.

We are a family-owned real estate company. Our aim is to provide a roof for everyone in the serenity and protection that each of us distinguishes for having a good conduct of life.

In January 2020 to leave a strong mark of our entrepreneurship was born RED FOR PASSION. RED BY PASSION!
