Paramotor and Paracarrel (trike) open new horizons to the world of paragliding. In fact, with the engine you can take off in the plains and there is no need to have a mountain or a slope.
In Switzerland it is forbidden and therefore training is done in Italy and we use an airfield not far from the Border, ideal for learning this discipline.

HISTORY

Frank & Max (winter 1986/1987) founders of PINK BARON

First of all the PINK BARON was born in the summer of 1987 and the founders are Franco Kessel and Massimo Marchesi, who out of their passion as paraglider pilots went through all the training to become instructors. In the beginning it started as a school for friends and then as the months went by the demand became more important and so Franco dedicated himself professionally to the school, while Massimo helped on weekends and holidays. As the years went by, Massimo retired because he was too busy with his work and so Franco carried on everything with the help of several other helpers. There is a lot of passion and Franco with his school, guarantees you professional teaching acquired through long experience! In 2003, the very close collaboration with the other Ticino school begins and practically there is a strengthening of the quality and continuity of teaching! The students of the two schools are together so that, Franco is mainly in charge of the Test Days, Beginner Courses and Exam Preparation while, Renato(instructor of the other school) on the other hand does mainly the High Flights and Thermal Flying Courses.
In 2015, Franco goes back to 100% dedication to flying. With the help of several co-workers, he now guarantees teaching even during midweek days.
So, now there are no more excuses...EVERYONE CAN LEARN TO FLY...
No more excuses like: shift work does not allow me, weekends I am often absent, children are home during weekends, etc!
