Paramotor

Discover motorized flight with courses organized by Pink Baron

Paramotoring and trikes open up new horizons in the world of paragliding. With a motor, you can take off from flat ground and don't need a mountain or slope.
This is prohibited in Switzerland, so training takes place in Italy, where we use an airfield not far from the border, which is ideal for learning this discipline.

HISTORY

Frank & Max (winter 1986/1987) founders of PINK BARON

First of all, PINK BARON was founded in the summer of 1987 by Franco Kessel and Massimo Marchesi, who, driven by their passion for paragliding, completed all the training necessary to become instructors. Initially, it was started as a school for friends, but as the months passed, demand grew, and Franco decided to devote himself to the school full-time, while Massimo helped out on weekends and holidays. Over the years, Massimo retired because he was too busy with his work, and Franco continued to run the school with the help of several other collaborators. Franco is extremely passionate about his school and guarantees professional teaching based on his long experience! In 2003, a close collaboration began with another school in Ticino, further strengthening the quality and continuity of the teaching! The students from the two schools are together, with Franco mainly responsible for trial days, beginner courses, and exam preparation, while Renato (instructor at the other school) mainly does high flights and thermal flight courses.
In 2015, Franco returned to devote himself 100% to flying. With the help of several collaborators, he now also provides instruction on weekdays.
So now there are no more excuses... EVERYONE CAN LEARN TO FLY...
There are no more excuses such as: my shift work doesn't allow me to, I'm often away at weekends, the children are at home at weekends, etc.!
