The activity of Analyses & Développements Immobiliers is mainly deployed in the Lake Geneva area and more particularly in the Geneva region.

We have been called upon for conferences and training modules, notably for: BCGE, Crédit Suisse, UBS, Association Professionnelle des Gérants et Courtiers d'Immeubles (APGCI), Collège Suisse des Experts Architectes (CSEA), USPI, CEI, etc. . It is possible to propose cycles, or single interventions, adapted to participants' profiles. 

We regularly publish articles on real estate specifics or the local market, in addition to our annual observations (indicators).
