Geoservices was born out of the demand of planners to receive specialized expertise that is USEFUL and not an end in itself. GEOTHERMY SERVICES

1 - dimensioning of geothermal probes according to Swiss standard SIA 384-6 in support

    to RVCS  engineers and sanitary contractors;

2 - thermal testing of the probe-ground system (Ground Response Test) to ensure a       

     optimal sizing of complex facilities;

3 - advantageous bids for on-site construction of drilling and laying of probes

RADON SERVICES

What is radon? Radon is a radioactive gas, a product of the decay of uranium naturally occurring in rocks and soils. It is a gas with high diffusivity that, coming from underground, seeps inside buildings, where it can reach high concentrations and cause damage to people's health.

What is the damage done by radon? This gas is the second leading cause of lung cancer, after smoking. The higher the concentration in the air we breathe and the longer the duration of exposure, the greater the risk of contracting the disease. The onset of the disease can occur even after several years.

ASBESTOS AND OTHER NOCIVE SUBSTANCES

During demolition, conversion or renovation work on buildings or facilities constructed before January 1, 1991, materials, such as those containing asbestos, may be found that need careful handling and compliant disposal.

Geoservices can  work with qualified experts for the following services: 

• Asbestos survey according to the ASCA-VABS specifications.

• Search and sampling of materials containing asbestos, PCBs, lead, PAK, other hazardous substances.

• Assessment of the degree of urgency of the remediation work.

• Assessment of control of remediation and air quality upon completion of the work

• Air sampling according to the VDI standard.

• Accompanying work during the remediation.

• Training for site personnel for safety with asbestos and other hazardous substances
