About us

Thank you for your interest in our company MB Management and Consulting AG. The company MB Management and Consulting was founded in 1991 by Mike Benz - with the aim of offering services in the main areas of the catering and hotel industry and real estate.

Our success is based on our experience and many years of running our own or managed businesses, as well as various concepts developed throughout Switzerland, e.g. in Zurich, Lucerne, Scuol, Klosters, Obersaxen, Zermatt, hotels in Zurich and the Langenthal area, etc.

Experience and network

We are happy to share our decades of experience with you, especially with our know-how in high-frequency gastronomy, and develop a corresponding concept for you, for example, or support you in your day-to-day business in various management tasks.

We have also been active in the real estate sector since 1991. We have been able to successfully sell real estate of all kinds throughout Switzerland and internationally - on a purely successful basis; co-develop real estate projects, and much more.

We can also offer a professional real estate valuation for your property and are members of the Swiss Association of Real Estate Valuers (SIV) and the Swiss Real Estate Industry Association (SVIT).

With heart and soul

Customer support in the real estate industry has shown us how great the need for information is in old age (what happens to my property in old age and what precautions need to be taken; this concerns the following topics, for example: Right of residence; usufruct; property exchange; sale; will; advance care directive; living will; cooperation with the KESB, and much more), or we will be happy to support you in this area.
