This is the room where the sausages and bacon you'll find here are smoked.
Although this room once also served as a kitchen for the farm's inhabitants, meat has been smoked here for over three centuries.
All our products are made in the traditional way and without any preservatives. You can order our products online directly from our website.

The smokehouse is perfectly equipped to host all types of banquets. In the magnificent rustic setting of the village of Champoz, you have the option of dining in one of our two rooms.

• The small room  up to thirty people.
• The large room for up to seventy people.

This second room is additionally equipped with a video projector that will allow you to broadcast your images and videos on a large screen.
