Discover the production site in Charmey
Since 1993, this family business has been producing and selling its owncheeses.
Very proud of their local area, the Biland family is committed to showcasing regional expertise through their cheese dairy. In 2010, they naturally added an alpine refreshment bar to their business.
You can watch the cheese being made, buy it, and even taste it thanks to the cheese specialties served at the Charmey refreshment bar!
And there's more... The Biland family passes on its love of the land to its apprentice farmers as a training company. The farm has nearly 70 Holstein and Red Holstein dairy cows. In recent years, the farm has also been developing the Jersey breed.
Need an original idea? For events of all kinds, Gérard Biland and his team not only prepare platters of their own cheeses, but can even engrave a design on a wheel of cheese, from barrel cheese to Gruyère.
Come and visit us at Vallée du Gros Mont, 1637 Val-de-Charmey!
