Two approaches to choose from:

1. Therapeutic massage and bone setting:

This health (or sports) massage is designed to relieve tension and pain, reduce debilitating physical symptoms, and restore balance where necessary (e.g., improved mobility, easier digestion, pain-free menstrual cycles for women, better sleep-wake balance, etc.). It is a deep massage, with intensity varying according to the individual's needs.

Lymphatic drainage or foot reflexology can be combined with it as needed. The person seeking treatment can also choose to receive one of these techniques throughout the session.

What are the benefits of lymphatic drainage? It is a powerful method for helping to eliminate edema, heal, regenerate tissue, detoxify, and combat asthma and seasonal allergies. It also has deeply relaxing and analgesic properties...the list is endless.

Diploma: combination of the three methods mentioned above, obtained over three years at the Federal Professional Massage School in December 2023.

More than 20 years of experience as an independent therapist.

Session duration:

In principle, a session lasts 60 minutes.

1. Life coaching or counseling:

This is a form of support that consists of verbal contact (the person expresses what they are feeling and we explore and unravel the issue together) and physical work (various types of touch with the aim of alleviating pain and tension, awakening self-awareness, listen to the language of their body, and learn new ways of being to unlock their potential).

With this approach, we treat the person's suffering in a more holistic way, not only in their physical body but also spiritually and emotionally (anxiety, depression, traumatic shock, loss of a loved one, bulimia, poor self-image, etc.).

In addition, there may be exercises to practice during the week to support the process.

I also accompany anyone on a spiritual quest.

If I had to find a phrase to define this approach, I would say that it is an inner journey towards self-recognition that allows you to heal your wounds in order to overcome your discomfort.
