Therapies in two approaches to choose from:

1. Therapeutic massage and reboutology :

This health (or sports) massage is designed to relieve tension and pain, resolve disabling physical symptoms, rebalance if necessary (e.g. regain better mobility, easier digestion, a pain-free menstrual cycle for women, better sleep-wake balance...). It's a deep massage, with variable intensity depending on the person's needs.

Lymphatic drainage or foot reflexology can be combined with it as required. The consultee can also choose to receive one of these techniques throughout the session.

What are the benefits of lymphatic drainage? It's a powerful method to help clear edema, heal, regenerate tissue, detoxify, fight athma and seasonal allergies. It also has deeply relaxing and analgesic properties...the list being non-exhaustive.

Diploma: a combination of the 3 above-mentioned methods obtained over 3 years at the Federal Professional School of Massage in December 2023.

In principle, a session lasts 60 minutes...

1. Life coaching or helping relationship :

This is an accompaniment composed partly of verbal contact (the person will express what they're experiencing and we'll explore, unravel this subject together) and physical work (various types of touch with the aim of easing pain and tension, awakening self-awareness, listening to body language, learning new possible attitudes to release potential).

With this approach, we will heal the suffering of the being in a more global way, not only in its physical body but also spiritual and emotional (anxiety, depression, traumatic shock, loss of a loved one, bulimia, poor self-image,...).

To this can be added exercises to be practiced during the week to support evolution.

I also accompany anyone on a spiritual quest.

If I had to find a phrase to define this approach, I'd say it's an inner journey towards self-recognition that allows you to heal your wounds in order to move beyond malaise.
