CONSTRUCTION MANAGEMENT

In a construction company, the construction manager is responsible for the professional, timely and high-quality execution of the construction work within the framework of the work contract.

Project management is responsible for the operational planning and control of the project. Depending on the type of project, it is responsible for achieving material, deadline, cost and training targets within the scope of the project. In the area of planning, he defines objectives and the resources required to achieve them.

An invitation to tender is a public or restricted written invitation to tender for the supplies or services specified in the invitation to tender. This is done in newspapers, trade journals or increasingly online via special tendering platforms. The term submission describes a procedure in which a provider submits to the willingness of the tenderer, i.e. a (potential) client, to accept the tender.
