Stomatology (Stomatology is the study of diseases of the oral mucosa, which includes their diagnosis, treatment and aftercare/recall. In addition to typical diseases of the oral cavity mucosa, which usually only occur locally here, the oral cavity can also be used to identify a wide range of manifestations and accompanying symptoms of numerous other general diseases (such as viral infections), internal diseases (such as blood diseases) and, last but not least, skin diseases)
