Jedes Mal eine Enttäuschung

Mir wurde jedes Mal das Haar verschnitten. Ich hatte jedes Mal gesundes Haar und es wurde niiie die Spitzen geschnitten sondern ganze 10 cm und obwohl sie jedes Mal sagten kirze Haare stehen mir nicht...
