Restaurant/Gelateria Evviva Plankis

The Evviva Plankis restaurant/gelateria is an integration project. It provides people with disabilities with a supervised working environment close to the primary labor market.

As the owner, Plankis employs over 150 people with special learning needs in the areas of baking,

floristry, gardening, horticulture, catering, housekeeping, creative crafts, agriculture, food production, dairy farming, sales, and workshops. We support 58 people in several locations in residential groups, studios, and private apartments.

Here, people work for people—and ensure that every guest feels well cared for. It is particularly important to us to enable people to develop personally and professionally.
