On January 1, 2008, Jean-Jacques Rapin reached retirement age and handed over his garage to his employee Laurent Fivaz, a trained mechatronics engineer who had been working with him for over 18 years. Garage Laurent Fivaz currently employs seven people, including an apprentice and an assistant.
