Founded in 1991 by Jacques and Roland Félix, Cave du Cep is a family-run winery located in the heart of the Neuchâtel vineyards. Situated west of the village towards Yverdon, the building is easily recognizable by its two plane trees lining the road. Cave du Cep manages a 7-hectare estate planted primarily with Pinot Noir and Chasselas, complemented by varieties such as Chardonnay, Pinot Gris, Gamaret, and Garanoir. The vineyards span the slopes of Cortaillod overlooking Lake Neuchâtel.
