Fromages haut de gamme, accueil chaleureux. Une perle...

Les pâtes dures (affiné, herbes, 24-36 mois) sont au top! Belle variété de mutschli au gré des saisons (ciboulette, ail des ours...). Farines locales, tresse "maison" le samedi, et plein d'autres produits aux antipodes de la consommation de masse... Et un accueil toujours enjoué. À soutenir absolument!
