Description
Presentation
Created in 1994, the Centre Neuchâtelois d'Intégration Professionnelle - CNIP is an autonomous establishment under public law, specializing in vocational training for adults and helping skilled and unskilled people to reintegrate into industry.
.His mission is to support people who need to undertake professional diversification or upgrading, basic training in a new trade or to be put back into a professional situation.
To achieve its mission, CNIP offers the following services:
- Observation/skills assessment, enabling the recognition and enhancement of acquired skills (technical, social and academic levels) and the establishment of a professional project.
- Modular and/or individualized training plans in industry sectors.
- Industrial partnerships (industrial practice, coached or non-coached internships).
The CNIP works closely with the local industrial and institutional fabric, whether as part of internships, advanced training or apprenticeships. Most of the modules offered at CNIP are developed on an industrial basis. This approach to training involves very close relationships with partner companies.
The CNIP plays an essential social role with people on the verge of professional breakdown and in terms of reintegration in the event of physical or psychological problems.
