Our main task is the management and administration of real estate assets, with each file being monitored on a daily basis. We are committed to acting in your best interests. We ensure a constant presence and plan maintenance.

o Promoting the property on the market
o Searching for and selecting tenants, drawing up leases, conducting inventories
o Monitoring of rental prices based on the market and improvements made to the property
o Rent collection, debtor monitoring, invoicing, bill payments

Condominium administration
o Monitoring and routine maintenance of the building, monitoring of construction sites and work undertaken, hiring of caretakers
o Optimizing advance payments for charges, planning and reducing expenses, drawing up budgets
o Monitoring of order, cleanliness, and peace in the buildings
o Convening meetings and taking minutes
o Implementation and follow-up of decisions taken at meetings
o Bookkeeping, monitoring of debtors, invoicing, payment of invoices, preparation of statements
o All condominiums have their own bank accounts
