Our main task is the management and administration of real estate assets where each file is followed day after day. We get involved and act in your best interests. We ensure a constant presence, plan maintenance. 

Leasing
o Market staging of the property
o Tenant search and selection, drafting of leases, inventory of fixtures
o Monitoring of rental prices in line with the market and improvements made to the property
o Rent collection, debtor follow-up, invoicing, bill payments

PPP administration
o Monitoring and routine maintenance of the building, follow-up of construction sites and work undertaken, hiring of caretakers
o Optimization of service charge installments, planning and compression of expenses, drawing up budgets
o Monitoring of order, cleanliness and peace in the buildings
o Convening of meetings and drawing up of minutes
o Execution and follow-up of decisions taken at meetings
o Bookkeeping, debtor follow-up, invoicing, bill payments, drawing up of statements
o All PPE have their own bank accounts
