1st step to obtaining your pupil's license, you must take the 1st aid courses

SENSIBILIZATION
Sensitization (traffic theory) is a course dealing with road traffic problems. It lasts 8 hours. this course cannot be taken without a learner's permit. Mandatory to obtain a driving license.

THEORY
The motor vehicle department will issue you with your learner's permit (valid for 2 years) upon successful completion of the theory.
