Olivier Joye, the company's manager, started out in burner maintenance in 1988. He holds federal certifications as an oil and gas burner specialist, combustion controller, solar energy specialist, solar installation project manager, and building energy consultant, and is a certified expert in establishing the CECB (Certificate of Energy Efficiency).

Heat pumps are part of his field of expertise. He is licensed to handle fluids and has undergone continuous training in heat pumps.

What should I do if my heating system breaks down?

• Check that you still have fuel oil in the tank.
• Press the red reset button in front of the burner several times.
• Check that the power supply is reaching the boiler room (check the fuses).
• Check the water level in the heating system (pressure gauge).
• Is the thermostat set correctly?

For a gas burner subscription, we provide the following services:

• Annual burner inspection
• Repairs 7 days a week
• Adjustment of the boiler room to achieve the best possible thermal efficiency
• Checking the functions and condition of the burner and furnace
• Checking of all components included in the maintenance contract

For a heat pump subscription, we provide the following services:

• One general on-site check per year with inspection according to the user manual
• Checking the cooling circuit and verifying the configuration of the parameters
• Check of all sensors (temperature, pressure) and their configuration
• Checking the antifreeze protection (water-water and ground-water only)
• Check and cleaning of air intake and exhaust ducts (air-water only)
• Check of the functions and condition of the entire installation
• Taking all necessary measures
• Travel and working time included
• Working hours on the refrigeration circuit not included
• Not covered: any work carried out on the heat pump's refrigeration circuit
