The company for new construction and renovation was founded in July 2016 by Philipp Ossig as a sole proprietorship. The focus is on renovations of all sizes, whereby the company is divided into three sub-areas of project management.

The projects realized and supervised by Ossig range from individual rooms to apartment buildings, from small repairs to major conversions. For larger projects, long-standing and selected partners are called in as proven specialists.

Our aim is to create a win-win situation for everyone involved. It should be right for everyone (workers, other companies, clients). At the same time, we try to keep the price low for all projects with the masses.

Customers are private customers (families with children, mostly house and apartment renovations) as well as investors and administrations.

Owner Philipp Ossig trained as a carpenter and then worked in the trade for 2 years. After working in Canada, he attended the timber construction foreman school and then traveled the world for six months. He then trained as a timber construction technician HF and completed an internship at Lauber Engineering in Lucerne.
