Blood pressure measurement

Blood pressure is the measurable pressure of the blood in the arteries as it is pumped through the body by the heart. The first value in the blood pressure measurement is called systolic, it measures the pressure at which the blood is pumped through the body. The second, lower value is called diastolic. It represents the resistance to this blood flow in the blood vessels

Blood sugar determination

Blood glucose measurement is used to determine the amount of glucose (blood sugar) in the blood, i.e. the blood sugar level. It is used to detect diseases with high blood sugar (diabetes, gestational sugar) or low blood sugar
