Plastigum AG specializes in moulded rubber parts of all kinds. The in-house rubber mixing and elastomer development facility enables fast and flexible working methods. Approx. 100 tons of rubber are processed annually, on a production area of 5,000m² with a workforce of around 50 employees.

Another area of specialization is metal/rubber and plastic/rubber compounds of all kinds. If acoustic or mechanical vibrations cause problems in technical systems, there is a need for effective sound and vibration isolators. Investigating the sources of interference enables our specialists to select the right materials and suitable part geometries. We have been working in the field of vibration control and damping technology since 1982 and can therefore advise you with extensive expertise.

We also specialize in standardized rubber products such as O-rings and valve diaphragms as well as customer-specific rubber products and provide expert advice during development. We specialize in plastic products in general and PTFE precision turned parts and PTFE coatings in particular.
