Project planning
For larger projects (e.g. multi-user satellite systems, multi-room systems, public address systems, computer networks), where changes are discussed several times with the client, architect and installer from the quotation through to implementation, it makes sense to record everything (schematic diagram, price lists, system description) in a dossier in advance. These documents are also very helpful after a few years of operation in the event of any repairs.

Repairs
Whether it's a software update at your home or an electronic fault in our repair workshop, we provide full support for your devices after the sale. 90% of our customers' faulty devices are repaired in our own repair workshop! We repair all consumer electronics devices.
It makes absolutely no difference where you bought your device or what brand the product is from, we will repair it for you if there is a corresponding general agency.
On request, we will provide you with an exact cost estimate before a repair so that you can check whether the repair is worthwhile for you.
